Subject: Bad Service - Watch Out!!!

I am so disgusted at the service 5000cars gave me.

My online booking order was 11 Sterling. They confirmed 3 times that they will do the pick up. One of the times I called they informed me that since it was 1.1.2013 they will charge me double the price that is 22 Sterling. 5000cars confirmed the price and booking by e-mail. At 4 o'clock in the morning they woke me up shouting on the phone that the trip would cost me 44 Sterling! 5000cars told me to confirm my agreement or else they won't come. Just 3/4 quarters of an hour before my booked taxi service! If 5000cars could not confirm my booking they should have published a notice online! It is so simple to put up a notice on your website informing clients that you are not accepting bookings and not promising me a service that you did not fulfill as agreed!!!
