AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They lied about the costs before the service and overcharged for the boiler repair, then declined to provide a refund. Warning: they will ask you for your credit/debit card details during the order as a payment guarantee, but will charge the card immediately after attending your property, without further authorization. The engineer was late for the appointment by 2 hours, but not a surprised - they are based in Minster-On-Sea, not local to Chislehurst. Legal company name: Property Improvement & Maintenance Services Ltd.
