I booked a limo for my birthday through Lux Limo. I was advised to choose two colours in case my first option was not available. I decided on a pink or black Hummer but I was sent a white one (the colour I said I didn't want).
The driver picked my group up like agreed and we started our journey to go out of town, the driver didn't have a clue how to get there, so we ended up driving around trying to find it. We agreed a time and place where we would meet but the driver never turned up nor did he call to advise he wouldn't be collecting us. The driver had left 15 girls stranded in a different city at 4AM with the explanation! The reasons they gave for this keeps changing and is all lies (which will be proven in court).
Since then Lux Limo have been extremely rude, abusive and threatening, where we have had to get the police involved and at this present time we are taking steps to take Lux Limo to a small claims court.
They also refused to give us our belongings back (which they did eventually send) I have never in my life time come across such bad customer service. I believe this company to be dodgy (not fully licensed) I just wish I checked all this before booking. Avoid at all costs!
