| Description | UKCP registered hypnotherapy in Clerkenwell, EC1. If you'd like to change an aspect of your habits, fears, approach to life then hypnotherapy could help you. I offer warm, professional and effective hypnotherapy and look forward to helping you to achieve your goals. I have worked in this field for five years and my new London practice is proving to be increasingly popular. I specialise in working with people with asperger's syndrome / high functioning autism. I help such people to learn how to cope with living in a neurotypical world, shaking off anxiety, depression, OCD and whatever else might hold them back from enjoying life to its fullest. I also work with a good number of people who suffered emotional abuse as a child, particularly those who are adult children of alcoholics. As an ACOA I understand how difficult it can be to let go of anger, anxiety and depressive tendencies acquired due to a challenging upbringing. You can, however, let them go and I'll be glad to help you. As a teacher with twenty years experience I also work with a good number of children and young people. Children of nine years and older have come to see me for school refusal, enuresis, anxiety, OCD, depression and much more.
